Una entrada diferente: una interesante comida

Hoy día 19 de diciembre de 2018, voy a comer con dos excelentes  personas dedicadas a la investigación de patologías neurodegenerativas, una mujer y un hombre, ambos profesores de Biotecnología del Grado de Medicina de la Universidad Jaime I de Castellón. Ella, Ana, está peleando con la enfermedad de Alzheimer, entre otras cosas, y él, Vicente,  desarrolla investigación básica sobre el ictus y otros procesos neurodegenerativos, también entre otras areas de interés. Ana está trabajando para obtener una terapia génica  y él investigando la neurogénesis y las terapias regenerativas. Abajo les refiero lo que Pubmed recoge de sus publicaciones.
